One workspace per client. Their seat, their voice.
Last updated 24 September 2026
LinkedIn outreach for an agency, run by HeyLead: each client gets a workspace of its own, with its own LinkedIn seat, its own campaigns and its own people. Messages go out from the client's account in the voice of the client's own LinkedIn posts. You switch between clients from the same chat.
Who this is for
A small lead-generation, marketing or dev agency that runs outreach for its clients and wants the client's name on the message, not the agency's. You want to hand a client read access to their own campaign, keep their data out of every other client's workspace, and pay per seat rather than per agency.
The brief to type
Switch to the client's workspace first, then brief the campaign as the client would. A worked example:
Switch to the Northwind workspace. They sell fractional CFO services to founders of Series A SaaS
companies in the UK. Find the founders, draft a campaign from Northwind's account, and leave it as a
draft so Nadia at Northwind can review the people before launch.
The setting it uses
There is no agency mode. The unit is the workspace, and the organization tool moves you between them:
| Call | What it does |
|---|---|
organization(action='create', email='Northwind') | A new workspace for a client. You stay signed in; only the active workspace changes. |
organization(action='switch', org_id='...') | Every later call, from create_campaign to analytics, reads and writes that client's workspace. |
organization(action='invite', email='nadia@...', role='viewer') | Roles are editor or viewer. A viewer reads campaigns and replies; a viewer cannot create or edit a campaign or invite anyone. |
account(action='switch_to', account_id='...') | Which connected LinkedIn seat the outreach is sent as. accounts lists them. |
What the agents do differently
- Nothing, on purpose. Each workspace runs the same loop as a founder's: ICP, search, warm-up, invitation, opening message, follow-ups, replies. The difference is whose seat sends and whose posts the voice comes from.
- The campaign is a draft until someone with an editor role presses Launch. Opening messages and follow-ups wait for approval until that workspace switches to autopilot; invitations are not held.
- Every decision is readable per workspace with
inspector on the campaign page, so a client can see what was done in their name.
Seats and price
- Free is one LinkedIn seat, cloud sending included.
- Pro is $29 per connected LinkedIn account per month, billed to the workspace: more than one LinkedIn account in one workspace, each with its own invitation ceiling.
- Invitation ceilings belong to each seat's LinkedIn plan: 20 a day and 100 a week on a free account, 168 a day and 320 a week on Premium or Sales Navigator. The table is on the pricing page.
Limits
- No white-label. The dashboard and the sign-in say HeyLead.
- No numbers on this page. The founder's published cohort is his own workspace, not an agency's.
- Recruiting and partner outreach work with a custom brief in a client's workspace as anywhere else. Research and event invitations have no intent yet.
HeyLead is not affiliated with LinkedIn. It reaches LinkedIn through Unipile, which is also not affiliated. HeyLead sends at a human pace: at most 20 invitations a day and 100 a week on a free LinkedIn account, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 22:00 in your time zone. LinkedIn's own rules are in the Terms.
