Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HeyLead (the "Service"), operated by HeyLead ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HeyLead is an autonomous outbound tool for founders. You describe what you shipped; HeyLead generates buyer personas, runs outreach on your connected accounts, and reports back. HeyLead connects to third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, Email, and X) via authorized partner APIs.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a third-party account (for example, LinkedIn, Email, or X), you authorize HeyLead to perform actions on your behalf through that platform's authorized API, subject to that platform's own terms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you connect. Each platform may suspend or restrict access independently of HeyLead.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm any person
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or automation safeguards built into the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code not provided to you
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Use the Service in a way that would violate the terms of a connected third-party platform
• Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (ICPs, campaigns, messages, voice samples, contact data). You grant HeyLead a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your content.

6. AI-Generated Output

HeyLead uses large language models to generate personas, outreach messages, and other content. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published or sent on your behalf. HeyLead provides approval workflows, but ultimate responsibility for what is sent from your connected accounts remains with you.

7. Fees and Billing

HeyLead may offer free and paid tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by HeyLead and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content generated will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate for your purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyLead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyLead from any claim, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeyLead is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
