Grounded, not guessed.

Describe who you sell to in one sentence. HeyLead reads your website and a corpus distilled from 22 sales books, and writes 2 to 4 buyer personas: pains, fears, objections, the LinkedIn filters it will use, and a confidence score.

Preview before you spend an invite

icp preview runs the exact search your campaign would run, shows how each filter changes the count, scores what came back on six dimensions, and creates nothing. You see the audience before a single person is contacted.

A judge that asks the question most tools skip

Can this audience buy what you sell? A mismatched ICP is refused before the first search. Decision-makers by default: owner, C-level, VP, director.

Every person enriched from LinkedIn itself

Full profile, company industry and headcount, recent posts and company news, so the first message cites something real. A grounding validator rejects any claim not in the facts. Enrichment is LinkedIn-only: no bought email or phone data.

Excluded before outreach starts

Bring your own list: drop a CSV or a spreadsheet, every row is accounted for, and your hand-picked people are never filtered out by a score.

A worked example

In: "A webhook debugger for Stripe that replays failed events, for payments engineers at seed-stage fintechs."

Out: two personas. "Payments engineering lead" (fit 91%): debugs webhook retries by hand, gets paged for silent failures; titles: payments lead, staff engineer; companies of 11 to 200. "Fintech founder, seed stage" (fit 84%): no infra team, every failed payment is a support ticket. The preview then shows the search filter by filter: 1,240 people with the title, 310 after the company size, 190 after the industry. Nothing is created until you say so. Figures here are an example.
