# You ship. You answer the replies yourself if you want to. ## Who this is for A technical founder or a two-person team with something shipped and no sales hire. You know who the product is for; you do not want to spend your evenings on LinkedIn search and cold messages. You do want to be in the room when someone replies. ## The brief to type In Claude Code, Cursor or the dashboard chat, one message is enough. A worked example: ``` I built a webhook debugger for Stripe. It is for payments engineers at seed-stage fintechs who lose hours to retries that fail silently. Find the people who would buy it and draft a campaign. I want to answer the replies myself. ``` HeyLead turns that into an ICP with 2 to 4 buyer personas, previews the LinkedIn search, and saves a draft campaign with the people it found. Nothing is sent until you say `launch`. ## The setting it uses Selling is the default stance: `campaign_intent='sell'`, so there is nothing to set. It is the one intent with a full message set of its own: the invitation note, the opening message, up to 2 follow-ups on Free and 5 on Pro, InMail and email fallback, and the reply prompts. "I want to answer the replies myself" becomes `edit_campaign(enable_auto_replies='off')`: questions and small talk are no longer answered for you; read them with `check_replies` or on the campaign page and answer with `send_message(action='reply')`. A reply that asks for a meeting still gets one answer, with your booking link, so a booked call never sits unanswered. Leave auto-replies on and every reply is answered from the campaign's facts; anything ambiguous is held for you either way. ## What the agents do differently - Warm-up before the invitation: a profile view, a follow, a comment on a recent post. - The opener says why now when a signal started the outreach: a post about the problem you solve, a job change, a hiring surge. - A "not now" reply gets a check-in in 30 days, not a fourth follow-up. - Every decision, hold and replan is readable with `inspect` or on the campaign page. ## The founder's own numbers 33% of 405 invitations accepted. 14 of 79 new connections replied. Your rates will differ; the campaign page and `analytics` show yours as they come in. ## Limits - Invitation ceilings belong to your LinkedIn plan, not to HeyLead: 20 a day and 100 a week on a free LinkedIn account. Invitations are not held. - Recruiting and partner outreach work with a custom brief; they do not have a message set of their own. Research and event invitations have no intent yet.
