## What Linked Helper does better

- Price: a Standard licence from $8.25 a month on a yearly term [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- Twelve CRM and tool integrations against HeyLead's HubSpot-only sync [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- Actions HeyLead does not take: group and event messages, likes and comments on posts as campaign steps, InMail as a first touch [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- Your data and your LinkedIn session stay on your own machine [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/). HeyLead's hosted plan keeps them in the cloud; the MIT client can run locally.

## What HeyLead does differently

- You brief it in a sentence, from Claude Code, Cursor, any MCP client or the web dashboard. It saves a draft campaign and sends nothing until you press Launch.
- Each message is written for the person, in the voice of your own LinkedIn posts. The agents plan each person's next step as accepts and replies land; every decision is readable with `inspect` or on the campaign page.
- Replies are answered from your campaign's facts. Anything ambiguous is held for you, and "not now" gets a check-in in 30 days.
- Free is $0 with one LinkedIn seat and cloud sending, no card.

A campaign has one of six goals, and the ICP, the fit check and the messages follow it: Sell a product or service, Find a job, Hire people, Find partners or investors, Find a vendor and Research interviews. Hire people, Find partners or investors and Research interviews run on a custom brief until their message sets exist.

HeyLead sends from your own LinkedIn account at a human pace: at most 20 invitations a day and 100 a week on a free LinkedIn account (more on Premium or Sales Navigator), Monday to Friday 08:00 to 22:00 in your time zone, minutes apart. It backs off when LinkedIn pushes back and resumes on its own. You can pause any campaign at any time.

## Choose Linked Helper if

- You want the lowest price per LinkedIn account and are happy to keep a computer or VPS running [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- You need a CRM other than HubSpot [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- You want to set every limit and every step yourself [[2]](https://support.linkedhelper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016435499-Working-Hours-and-Limits).

## When HeyLead is the wrong choice

- You need a CRM other than HubSpot, or a calendar other than Google Calendar.
- You want group messages, event messages or post likes and comments as campaign steps.
- You want everything on your own machine and nothing in a vendor's cloud. HeyLead's hosted plan runs in the cloud; only the MIT client is local.

## Choose HeyLead if

- You want the campaign to run with your laptop closed. HeyLead sends from the cloud; Linked Helper needs the computer on and the app running [[1]](https://www.linkedhelper.com/pricing/).
- You want an agent that runs the whole campaign from one sentence, in the voice of your own LinkedIn posts, and answers replies from the campaign's facts.
- You brief campaigns from Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client. Linked Helper states no MCP or AI-client connection on its pages.

## Questions people ask

What is the difference between Linked Helper and HeyLead?

Linked Helper is a desktop app: it runs LinkedIn automation on your own computer or a VPS, with limits and steps you set, and the computer has to stay on. HeyLead is an AI agent in the cloud: you brief it in a sentence and it finds the people, writes each message in the voice of your own LinkedIn posts, follows up and answers replies, with your laptop closed.

How much do Linked Helper and HeyLead cost?

On 28 September 2026 Linked Helper's pricing page showed Standard at $15 a month per licence with local storage or $29.90 with cloud storage, Pro at $45 or $59.90, and lower prices on 3, 6 and 12-month terms, with a 14-day Pro trial and no card. HeyLead Free is $0 with one LinkedIn seat and no card; Pro is $29 per connected LinkedIn account per month.
